4.  Spray Bottle Technology

The molding process (mechanism or manual blowing) is used to form the glass bottle body, and the bottle mouth needs to be precision polished and fire polished to ensure perfect sealing with the pump head. Injection molding/blow molding is the main bottle body forming technology for plastic packaging bottles.
The pump head system includes:
Glass or PP straw: for guiding liquids.
Spring, piston and ball valve: form a pump pressure system, whose precision determines the spray effect and liquid output.
Sealing ring: usually made of PTFE (Teflon) or special rubber to ensure airtightness with the glass bottle mouth.
Assembly and sealing: The pump head system is firmly fixed to the glass bottle mouth through mechanical capping, and usually a sealing gasket is added between the bottle mouth and the pump head base to achieve double safety.
The principle of plastic bottles is similar to that of glass bottles, but they are usually connected to the plastic bottle mouth through ultrasonic welding or snap fasteners. There are specialized anti-corrosion valve designs for corrosive contents, such as certain cleaning agents.
Co extrusion technology: Manufacturing multi-layer composite plastic bottles, with high barrier materials (such as EVOH) added to the middle layer to enhance the barrier performance against oxygen and aroma components, approaching the performance of glass.
