3. Empty Essential Oil Bottle Usage

Single essential oil packaging: The most classic application. Use a dark glass bottle with a stopper and a cap, with a small capacity, for packaging pure single essential oils (such as lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil).
Compound essential oil/massage oil packaging: For compound essential oils that have been diluted with base oil. Sometimes the same-sized bottle is used, sometimes the capacity is slightly larger (such as 30ml), and often a dropper is provided for easy access.

4.Essential Oil Bottle Technology

Glass molding technology: Using the molding process, the glass liquid is injected into the mold to form the standard capacity bottle body. It is required that the wall thickness be uniform and the bottle mouth size be precise to ensure the sealing performance.
Inner stopper: Usually made of plastic such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) that is resistant to chemical corrosion, its elasticity ensures a tight fit with the bottle mouth.
Dropper: A combination of glass dropper and rubber or plastic cap. The cap is required to have good elasticity and oil resistance.
Anti-theft and sealing structure: Many bottle caps are designed with an anti-theft ring. It will break when opened for the first time to ensure that the product is not opened and used. The thread design has also been precisely calculated to ensure the sealing.
