The newly released "Color Shield" series of flexible packaging breaks away from the monotonous style of traditional packaging in its visual design: as seen in the images, the products encompass matte color schemes such as vibrant green, bright red, bright yellow, and light blue, as well as glossy options like metallic gold and metallic purple. This design not only meets the "vibrant" packaging needs of food categories such as coffee and dried fruits but also matches the "trendy and sophisticated" positioning of beauty samples and creative cultural products. The built-in black and white contrasting lanyard design further enhances the portability and visual recognition of the product in retail displays.

Environmental Protection + Performance: All-PE Material Balances Sustainability and Practicality
As the core technology of YiTuo, the "Color Shield" series is made from 100% polyethylene (PE) single material, fully compatible with current AI sorting and recycling systems, achieving a recycling and regeneration rate of up to 92%. This precisely meets the EU PPWR packaging recycling regulations and the upgraded requirements of China's "plastic restriction order."
At the same time, the product achieves "aluminum foil-level" barrier performance through PE substrate + nano-silica coating technology: oxygen barrier rate is as low as 0.3cc/㎡·day, and moisture transmission rate is controlled at 1.2g/㎡·day. This meets the packaging needs of products with high freshness requirements, such as coffee and nuts, and is compatible with existing automated heat-sealing production lines, eliminating the need for brands to modify equipment.

According to the brand manager of YiTuo, the "CaiDun" series has launched its first phase of collaborations, securing orders with three specialty coffee brands and two snack companies. The company plans to expand into niche areas such as beauty product samples and pet food by Q2 2026.
